The construction of 2 high end double story townhouses designed by Bryce Dowling of Building Design.

The twin contemporary townhouses complement each other in appearance and material selection, representing a clean design statement for the area in which they are located. The architect’s vision emphasises clean lines and excellent proportions, strikingly sharp design softened by the natural timber designed to grey in time. The interior features Tasmanian Oak hardwood floors throughout, broad kitchens addressing entertainment areas with butlers pantries all finished in stone.
