Harker St, Sunbury

Classic Victorian Restoration

Occasionally our hand can be twisted. The painstaking process of restoration carried out on this 1901 home.

Product selection critical with an eye on quality, elements of consistency throughout the project and of course typical to the Victorian era. Machine work to stone to create custom thresholds, steps and provision for drainage. Highly decorative acoustic tilework with honed bluestone copping tile borders, bluestone basement and bathrooms complimented by Carrara marble features and two-pack joinery stone tops. An eclectic mixture of the old and the new.

An exciting project with an exceptional result. A reminder of why building ia a passion.
